This Oligochaete worm (Aeolosoma hemprichi) from a local river is shown here magnified 400 times. Equipment was a Zeiss GFL scope equipped with planaopchromatic optics captured with a Nikon D3S. Lighting was a combination of darkfield and phase contrast.
