生物學課堂上常提到的內容，由單細胞到多細胞、低等到高等生物的各種型態、組織、機制等，透過玻片標本的觀察，圖片的比對及文字的說明一一述說，目的在使學生了解生物的奧秘，以提高學生的學習興趣，並啟發學生的思考、推理與創造能力。
多くの場合、単一細胞からの目的の説明よりも、スライド標本、写真やテキストの観察を通じて、高等生物、組織、およびメカニズムの様々なタイプの低、複数セルに、生物の授業の内容に言及学生の学習における学生の関心を高め、学生の思考、推論や創造性を刺激するためには、生物学的な謎を理解する。
